We welcome makers, crafters, small brands, and artists to register for our annual outdoor market.

Items must be handmade. No third-party sales. 

Registration Information:

All table fees are collected at the time of registration.  Applications will be reviewed. Acceptance or non-acceptance will be communicated soon thereafter.

• Acceptance: If you are accepted, you will receive further details. Vendors are responsible for all their equipment including tables.
• Non-Acceptance: If you are not invited to participate, your registration fee will be refunded to you, less a $5 processing fee. IMPORTANT: If you are unsure if your products qualify for the market reach out to Crystal echo@townofbonavista.com

Permits: All vendors operating in the municipality require a daily/ weekly vendor business permit to operate. Vendor registration includes your Municipal Business Vendor permit for the day of Saturday, June 27th. 

Tables: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and displays. However, we understand that when travelling from other areas this may not be possible. If you need a table, we may be able to help. Tables are limited. Please reach out to Crystal (echo@townofbonavista.com) to make arrangements. 

Set-up: A location map and set-up details will be emailed prior to the event.

Cancellations:

Weather:  The Market will be held in light rain or shine unless we call off due to severe weather or other extreme circumstances. Cancellations by Makers Market will allow participants to be refunded the full registration amount.

Participant Cancellations:  Due to the effort involved in organizing the event and the costs involved in advertising etc, there are, unfortunately, no refunds or table credits for participant cancellations.
